Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while also protecting our hosts.
3+ Days Before Move-In
Cancel at least 3 full days before your scheduled move-in date for a full refund, including all fees and the security deposit.
Less Than 3 Days Before Move-In
If you cancel within 3 days of move-in, your security deposit and 50% of the rent amount are non-refundable. The remaining 50% of the rent and other fees will be refunded.
On or After Move-In Date
Cancellations on or after the scheduled move-in date are not eligible for a refund. The full payment and security deposit will be forfeited.
Monthly Bookings (Over 25 Days)
For bookings longer than 25 days, the same cancellation windows apply based on your scheduled move-in date. The refund amount will be calculated based on the total monthly rate.
Hosts may cancel a booking at any time. However, we strongly encourage honoring all confirmed bookings to maintain trust within the 2bhome community.
If a host cancels a reservation, the guest will receive a 100% full refund of their payment, including the security deposit, rent, and all associated fees.
2bhome reserves the right to review frequent host cancellations, which may impact the visibility or status of their listings.
