Welcome to 2bhome! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 2bhome website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2bhome is an online marketplace that enables registered users ("Members") to connect. "Hosts" can publish listings for accommodations ("Crashpads"), and "Guests" (who must be verified airline crew members) can book these Crashpads. 2bhome is not an owner, operator, or provider of any Crashpads and is not a party to the agreements entered into between Hosts and Guests.

You must be at least 18 years old and a verified airline industry professional (e.g., pilot, flight attendant) to use the Service as a Guest. To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

For Guests: You agree to pay the total fees for any booking requested, which includes the listing price, security deposit, and any applicable fees (like service or cleaning fees) displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.

For Hosts: You set the monthly price for your listing. Payouts will be made to you after the Guest's scheduled check-in, minus the applicable 2bhome service fee.

Cancellations and Refunds: All bookings are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

As a Host, you are responsible for:

• Creating and managing your listings with accurate and up-to-date information, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
• Ensuring your Crashpad is safe, clean, and in the condition described in your listing.
• Complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including any local zoning laws, HOA rules, or tax requirements.
• Responding to booking requests and messages from Guests in a timely manner.

As a Guest, you are responsible for:

• Leaving the Crashpad in the same condition you found it.
• Respecting the property and adhering to any house rules set by the Host.
• Communicating respectfully and honestly with your Host.
• You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals whom you invite to, or otherwise provide access to, the Crashpad.

You agree not to use the Service to post any content or engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. All reviews, messages, and listing content must be truthful and respectful. 2bhome has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. 2bhome does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any listings, Hosts, Guests, or other content on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2bhome shall not be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service.

Disputes between Hosts and Guests are to be resolved between them. 2bhome is not obligated to mediate but may offer assistance at our discretion. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Service and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
